Well the simple answer to the question is a big YES, in fact any one can use cell, landlines, VOIP like Skype as well to call in, all work just fine.

The simple explanation to this is. All call in into our dial in number with the 712 are code, all calling pay long distance call charges to their phone carrier, if people have unlimited calling on their phone the call is free for them.
