Yes the 712 is a Toll number, The phone number is the 712 area code ie Iowa USA. All these callers pay is their regular long distance rate. When using the Basic option all calling into our dial in number pay their long distance call charges to their respective phone carriers, Nocostconference Inc provides the bridge line free to use.
